We want to know what you think about the big changes to Scotland’s examination system.
Scottish schools face the biggest shake-up in a generation when new National exams get underway after Easter.
The National 5 exams, replacing Standard Grades which replaced ‘O’ Grades, are part of the wider and controversial Curriculum for Excellence.
The Curriculum for Excellence aims to achieve a transformation in education in Scotland, completely overhauling the current system from primary ones to sixth year pupils.
The designers of Curriculum for Excellence have said they want to move away from focusing on exams to encouraging an education that sets a child up for life after school.
Critics argue the new system is ill-thought out and will leave a guinea pig generation counting the cost, with fourth year National 4 pupils not facing any end of year exams.
