Scotland’s favourite fizzy drink marked the 30 year milestone with a stunning late night projection on world heritage site, the Forth Rail Bridge.
Five commemorative, limited edition pack designs were projected onto the pillars which support the bridge, in a nod to the brand’s long term affinity with the national landmark.
Fans can collect the pack designs, which showcase Irn-Bru’s most nostalgic and loved advertising posters, from early January for six weeks only in both Regular and Sugar Free variants.
Irn-Bru’s Head of Marketing, Adrian Troy, said: “The Forth Rail Bridge and girders are engrained into Irn-Bru’s history, from the famous ‘Rail Bridge’ poster to the opening ceremony of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, so it felt right that we include it in our celebrations with this unique projection. Plus, we all know Irn-Bru is actually made from Girders…”
