Five things we found out this week on SundayPost.com.

1. Sharleen Spiteri’s most embarrassing moment getting the name of the city she was performing in wrong!

We interviewed the Texas star ahead of her band’s latest tour and she gave us 10 revealing confessions.

Obviously, we were all desperate to know her most embarrassing one, and it was a cracker!

She told us: “I remember Texas’ second big gig we were opening for Fleetwood Mac. On Christine McVie’s keyboard was a sticker reading, “Edinburgh” on it and it made me wonder how daft you’d have to be to forget which city you’re in. Fast forward to a Texas show in Nice, in France, a couple of years later. It was all going so well until I said: “Good evening, Lyon!” which we’d played the night before. We were met with a chorus of jeering. Not clever.”

Read the full interview and find out what the other nine confessions were.

2. Hen Broon is set for the silver screen…

It looked like 50 Shades of Grey’s hysteria even reached Auchentogle.

Our cartoon of Hen Broon may not have got the pulses racing, but it definitely got a few laughs!

3. Scotland isn’t ready for a return to alcohol at football matches.

The vast majority of our readers were against proposals to reintroduce sales of alcohol during football matches.

Many feared it would lead to violence and disorder, with only a few voices coming out in favour of the suggestion.

Read the story here and tell us what your views are on the controversial subject.

4. The magic touch of brotherly love.

Our front page was a heartwarning tale of twin brothers reunited for the first time after being kept on separate incubators at birth after having been born 10 weeks premature.

The tiny twins held hands as they were placed next to each other, with the magical moment captured on camera.

5. We met The Queen’s piano tuner.

Gordon Bell is the piano tuner to Her Majesty the Queen. He lays claim to being the youngest person in the UK to receive the Royal Warrant.

But Gordon, who lives in Aberdeen, has a confession to make. “I can’t play the piano.”

And the admission only got us more and more curious!
