Members of the public have been given the chance to visit the abandoned village of Imber on the Salisbury Plain.
Once a year, for the past eight years, London Buses has run a service to the Wiltshire village, whose population was evicted in 1943 to provide an exercise area for US troops during the Second World war.
The villagers were not allowed to return home after the war ended.
