Oh, no from J-Lo to being stuck in the snow.
Don’t you just hate it when your plans are changed at the last moment?
There Brianna and I were on the plane, just about to leave the luxury ski resort of Aspen in Colorado, when a sudden snow storm meant the flight had to be cancelled.
We had to trudge back to our fancy hotel to spend another couple of days drinking hot chocolate. It’s a hard old life.
Seriously though, there is no better place to be snowed in than Aspen. It’s a real millionaire’s playground, in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
You can see why it’s loved by Hollywood celebrities like of Jack Nicholson, Charlie Sheen and the Kardashians.
Before I left for Aspen I chatted to another celeb who enjoys a bit of skiing here Jennifer Lopez.
She’s often pictured wandering the icy pavements round this way, but it was back in a more clement Los Angeles where I sat down with J-Lo.
I often get asked what the folk I speak to look like in real life. It seemed like everyone wanted to know what Jennifer looks like, face to face.
#She’s almost distractingly beautiful, absolutely flawless. Which makes it all the more stunning she’s single.
So…umm…why are you single, Jennifer? You’re not so bad looking.
“I guess I could go to a bar if I wanted,” she pondered.
“It’s not my thing, but it could happen. You just never know. You have to be open to whatever life presents to you.
“It’s not like I’m walking around the mall looking for someone, but if it happened, then great.”
There you go, if you see J-Lo scouting about Asda this week then she might just be on the prowl for something a bit more than the buy-one-get-one free offers.
The Boy Next Door isn’t a bad wee film it’s along the lines of Fatal Attraction and might not bother the Award ceremonies, but it’s great Friday night viewing. And Jennifer wasn’t afraid to get stuck in to ALL of the action.
“It’s one of those movies where you know something’s going to happen, but you don’t know what. It’s a lot of fun.
“I did a lot of the stunts myself I was in the scene with the fire blazing, where Ryan (Guzman, her co-star) choked me and threw me across the room,” she laughed.
“It was all me for the love scenes, though. They don’t usually offer a body double, the director probably wants the actor to do these scenes. I was comfortable with this movie though. I thought it was sensual.”
Steady on, Jen!
I’ll see you next week if the snow ever stops here which I’m praying it doesn’t…
