RANGERS have completed the signing of Croatian midfielder Niko Kranjcar.
The 31-year-old signed a two-year deal with the club after completing a medical yesterday.
Manager Mark Warburton told the club’s website: “We are delighted to secure a player of Niko’s undoubted qualities and very much look forward to welcoming him to the club.”
Kranjcar has 81 caps for Croatia and joins Rangers from New York Cosmos.
The former Tottenham and Portsmouth star had been one of Warburton’s top targets, with the Ibrox boss jetting out to New York to hold talks with the player.
Kranjcar will be reunited with former QPR teammates Joey Barton and Clint Hill, who have both already signed for Rangers’ upcoming Premiership campaign.
