Gilks, who was a free agent after leaving Burnley, signs on a two year contract. Ibrox boss Mark Warburton aimed to add a goalkeeper to provide competition to Wes Foderingham after Cammy Bell left for Dundee United. 34-year-old Gilks has three Scotland caps and is best known for his spell in the English Premier League with Blackpool. He’s the second player to leave Burnley for Ibrox, following Joey Barton’s move earlier this summer.
